Punk Pasta
Developing a range of vegan (and non-vegan) pastas and sauces.
Concept due to launch via dark kitchens in the coming weeks and set to occupy their first physical site in the new year.
Goldenbrownltd are involved from concept to launch including POS and intergraded stocks systems. Menu design, lease procurement, business plan and legals.
On-boarding, training, HACCP and team handbook content will be integral to the successful development of this brand.
The Three Stags
This much loved gastro pub has invited goldenbrownltd to help them establish and consolidate a sound 'dark kitchen' offering.
We have also been charged with the challenge of on-boarding key hires and acquiring updated POS and intergraded stock systems.
With strong emphasis on surviving and emerging in a healthy condition from the Covid-19 closures, the team at goldenbrownltd are committed to the immediate and future success of one of Londons best loved locals.
